Death is an inevitable thing. None of us are certain when or where it is going to be our time for departure to heaven. Grief is a response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or something that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed. Although conventionally focused on the emotional response to loss, it also has physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, and philosophical dimensions. Loss of a person, a pet or even from life changes such as divorce, can take a huge toll on our emotional, physical, and mental well being. Each person has their own unique way of dealing with grief.
When you are experiencing a loss, many feelings can rise to the surface and seem to dominate all your waking hours. You may feel vulnerable, afraid, angry, confused, sad, or hopeless. Perhaps you may find it hard to sleep, or find you can’t get out of bed. You may find you have no appetite or feel hungry all the time. You may worry that your pain or sadness will never end.
Tatiana Batin will lead this workshop. Tatiana is an intuitive coach who recently experienced a tragic loss of a loved one. She went through a personal transformation into a spiritual world herself. Connecting to her talents through reiki and mediumship, she can guide you and help you with your own journey of transformation from grief.
