We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failing to cancel your appointment within 24 hours from your appointment time will result in a 100% charge for services lost.
We have a no-show policy. Failing to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for services lost.
We have a tardiness policy. When a client is late, the time duration will be deducted from treatment.
If you are using a Gift Certificate, you MUST present it at check-in or another form of payment is expected.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
To ensure that you and others reap the full benefits of the Spa experience, please adhere to the following expectations of etiquette.
Arrive early. Arriving late will lessen precious minutes of your Spa service. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next client isn’t delayed, regardless of your start time.
Respect other guests. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones should be either shut off or on SILENT. Vibrating cell phones also cause distractions.
We are a smoke-free environment.
Goddess Sanctuary & Spa provides robes, slippers and other amenities for your comfort and convenience. Please remember to leave your jewelry at home. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items.
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your first scheduled service to allow yourself ample time to check-in and prepare for your time at the spa.
Since the spa experience is designed exclusively for adults, no children are allowed in the spa.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuities are 20% of the regular priced service, not the promotion price. For example: If you are using a Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage, the promotional price you paid was $45. The regular price of a 60 minute Swedish is $100. The suggested gratuity that should be given is 20% of the $100 which is $20.
